    I think he could do with a touch more rouge on those cheeks. But apart from that, a stunner.

    I wonder if this could be a series of Authors In Drag? What do you say, Mark…? :-)

    Oh thanks, Mark. Believe it or not, there’s an even scarier picture than that: taken several hours later, when I’d changed back into civvies and taken the wig off… and forgotten that I was still wearing make-up. I couldn’t for the life of me work out why people were staring at me when I wandered round the local shop, until one of my friends pointed out that I was still made up and looked thoroughly freaky.
