Lying in bed, suffering from man-flu, which increasingly seems like some hideous virus. Over a week and a half now and counting. Head feels like it’s stuffed with cotton wool, which, I suppose, is a step-up from feeling like it’s in a vice. So apologies to anyone who hasn’t got a response.

    Man flu eh? ‘Tis indeed a horrible dose that women play down unmercifully. That said, picked up a handy tip that works for me. My ex used to use eucalyptus oil in a candle burner beside the bed at night.She’s gone but the burner remains. Works a treat for clearing the head.
