Thanks Mark , just finished listening to and watching ” First Season ” a moment ago .
A rare treat . Totally new musical landscapes for me . I found the music mesmerising and ethereal in an almost organic way . Loved Denaissance , Winterval and The Bitter Dark the most . I found the Celtic Harp sections beautiful and unworldly . The visuals added , and made complete , the overall experience .
Thanks for the opportunity to enrich my musical experience .
A damn good piece of innovative music .
Geoff .
Hey Mark,
I have to thank you for letting us know about Kemper Norton and First Season; I have to agree with Dreamwalkergeoff – this music is definitely mesmerizing and beautiful, and I thought I’d add ‘uncanny’, too – so many layers of sound that it’s really music that you have to listen to over and over (just like -re-reading a good novel). I’m looking forward to having the house to myself so that I can let First Season have its way with the home theatre system, hopefully the neighbours’ll be mesmerized, too.
Thanks again!
Glad you liked it, Dave. I’m always on the look-out (ear-out?) for new music.
