Solaris Put Up For Sale

The Solaris SF/F imprint has been put up for sale by its owner, Games Workshop. Solaris is publishing Lord of Silence in July, and I’m told that publication will still go ahead, as will every book announced up to early 2010.

    Wow… I hope so. I hope nothing gets pushed back, or worse, during this time. Solaris is a cool imprint – I’m sure someone will buy it!

    Very sad indeed – I do hope someone strong and sensible buys it as it is such a good diverse publisher.
